Head of Team + Team of Senior Private Bankers - CIS Desk (Ref. : IMGE0218-01)

One of our client, the largest Private Banking and Asset Management group in the world to be owned by an entrepreneurial family, is looking for a Head of the team with 2/3 Senior Private Banker for its CIS Desk.

Your Duties :
– Provide a full range of private banking services to wealthy individuals and families.
– Build, develop and maintain your clients
– Managing your clients needs and expectations, providing tailor-made solutions
– Listen to your clients, inform and advise them on their wealth, while keeping in mind a holistic approach
– Advise on products, services matching the clients needs (financial and non-financial offer)

Key Requirements :
– You have 8-10+ years experience as a private banker
– You have experience as Team Leader / Head of Desk
– Natural Leader, good communication skills
– Excellent relationships with UHNW clients
– Ideally you benefit from a network of clients which trust you and follow you (this is not a must)
– Ambitious and result-oriented
– Strong business development skills.
– Strong knowledge of the European Private Banking market
– Fluent in Russian, English, French, any additional language is a plus
