On June 23, 2025, CFM Indosuez Wealth Management<\/a>, a subsidiary of the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Group, announced it had signed an agreement to take over the wealth management (\u201cWealth Management\u201d) client base of BNP Paribas<\/a>\u2019s Monaco branch. BNP Paribas has chosen to reorganize its activities in Monaco by refocusing on commercial, private, and corporate banking with a single platform. Wealth management thus becomes a non-strategic area locally for the group, leaving room for a player with deep historical roots in Monaco.
Subject to regulatory approvals, the transaction is expected to close during the first half of 2026. Indosuez has indicated that the impact of this acquisition on its solvency ratios will be limited.<\/p>\n
