Carlos is the founder of Elkho Group. He has built his recruitment expertise by successfully managing over 2000 recruitments internationally in various industries.
Prior to founding Elkho Group in 2009, Carlos served as Managing Partner for 8 years in an international banking recruitment company.
Carlos is a graduate of EDHEC Business School in Nice and holds a PhD in Finance from Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
He is fluent in 7 languages: French, English, Arabic, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish
Iuliia Matvieieva
CEO - Elkho Group France
Heading Elkho Group France since 2015 as President, Iuliia oversees the various departments of the French branch. She is specialized in the recruitment of banking executives on the European market.
Prior to her current position, Iuliia managed Charles Elkho Ukraine for 4 years, a renowned institution in Ukraine.
Iuliia has an MBA from Soumy Polytechnic and is fluent in 5 languages: French, English, German, Ukrainian and Russian.
Antoine Aliotti
Senior Partner - Director of Development - France & Monaco
Based in Monaco, Antoine is well informed about the needs of this area. As an expert in the recruitment of banking executives in the French-speaking European market, Antoine will assist you in finding the right profiles for your needs.
Between 2002 and 2016, Antoine was a Group Director at BNP Paribas, a leading bank in the banking sector. It was after these many years in the financial sector that he decided to join Elkho Group and contribute his expertise.
Antoine graduated from EDHEC Business School in Nice and is fluent in 3 languages: French, English, and Spanish.
Christiane El Habre
CEO - Elkho Group Middle East
Christiane has been working in the Middle East for more than 15 years and knows the regional recruitment market needs perfectly. Based in Dubai, she has successfully led numerous hires across all banking segments since 2018.
Prior to opening the Dubai office, Christiane held several key positions within FFA Private Bank, first as Operations Manager and then as COO, before becoming CEO of the bank’s Dubai subsidiary from 2011 to 2019.
Christiane is a graduate of St Joseph University (USJ) in Beirut and is fluent in 3 languages: French, English and Arabic.
Alain Benoit
Managing Director - Elkho Group Switzerland
With extensive experience in financial matters, Alain heads our Swiss office and oversees all operations and activities in the region.
Prior to joining Elkho Group, Alain held several senior positions during his career, including Regional Sales Manager at UBS-Credit Switzerland and Director of the French-speaking part of Switzerland at SwissLife.
Alain holds a degree in economics from the University of Neuchatel, as well as an additional degree in financial analysis from HEC Lausanne.
He is fluent in 3 languages: French, English, and German.
Carla Locchi
Partner and Executive Director - Elkho Group Monaco
Currently Executive Director of Elkho Group Monaco, Carla leads the recruitment of the Monaco office and manages the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Carla has had a varied career and has held several positions. She started as a Trader at Merril Lynch Monaco CSA. She then worked as a Private Banker for Société Générale Private Bank Monaco and CMB. She later held the position of Portfolio Manager from 2011 to 2017, before joining our company in 2018.
Carla is a graduate of the Faculty of Letters and Arts in Nice. She is fluent in 5 languages: French, Spanish, Italian, English and Arabic.
Alberto Sassi
Head of Development UK - Elkho Group UK
With a solid background as a financial analyst, Alberto has considerably enriched his professional career in recent years.
Before joining Elkho Group, Alberto held various positions in the investment field. His many years of international experience in Canada further strengthen his expertise.
Alberto holds a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto, as well as a Masters in International Banking and Finance from Bayes Business School in London.
He is fluent in three languages: English, Italian and Spanish.
Tatiana Kuznetsova
Executive Director - Elkho Group Ukraine
As Executive Director, Tatiana has been leading our Ukrainian branch since 2016. She has successfully piloted numerous recruitments in the private banking sector in several Eastern European countries.
Before joining our team, Tatiana was a senior recruitment consultant for 15 years. She has over two decades of experience in the recruitment industry.
She holds a Master’s degree from Soumy Polytechnic in Ukraine and is fluent in 3 languages: Ukrainian, English, and Russian.
